What do you need to do in order to be a Real Estate agent?

Real Estate Brokers and sales agents must have a high school diploma or higher. You need to take classes inorder to be officially licsensed, you can be waived from this requirement if you took college courses in real estate. It would be easier to find a job as a real estate agent if you went to college because the market for these kinds of jobs are getting more comeptitive.Requirements: 18 years old, pass an exam and work experince in order to get your lisence which takes like 1-3 years.
